Chris Gaugler, Designer

I was hired in the Creative Department at Rodale right out of college, and ended up spending over 29 years there. After 10 years in marketing, I made the switch to book design and absolutely loved it! Toward the end of my time at Rodale I was blessed to be able to work on children’s books! I am now working  at a small print/promo/marketing shop in Allentown called Consolidated Graphic Communications. The work is similar in some ways to what we did in marketing at Rodale, but also a bit more varied. Outside of work I love gardening, painting, cooking, quilting and other crafts, and spending time with my family. I have a 6 year-old grandson who is the apple of my eye.

Jennifer Giandomenico, Designer

Jenny is a print and digital designer, who previously worked in both books and magazines at Rodale for over 18 years.
She and her husband have a son, daughter, and 6 (yes, 6!) active cats. When not working, she loves to be outside, either running, hiking, kayaking, or just daydreaming under the clouds. She’s got big dreams of travel, but for now her roots are bound in Schnecksville, PA.

Faith Hague, Designer

I’m originally from the Boston area. My first job out of college (Colorado State University) was at Better Homes and Gardens in Des Moines, Iowa. From there my husband, Dave, and I moved back east to Maine and then on to Pennsylvania, where my husband went to nursing school and I worked at Rodale, from 1993-1997. I was Assoc. Art Director in the Health & Fitness Books group and managed the design and production of about 40 titles per year. I loved working at Rodale, but we missed family and the ocean so we left Pennsylvania for Cape Cod, and later made our way back to the coast of Maine. We have been back in Maine for about 12 years but just moved into a new home last month. Last month we also celebrated our 36th anniversary. We enjoy boating and camping with our Jack Russell. We don’t have kids, just the 4-legged kind. For winter fun we belong to a curling club and we ski when we’re not curling (but we’re usually curling!).

Cielo Giandomenico, Designer & Illustrator

A soon to be graduate of Lock Haven University, I am currently completing my degree in Graphic Design. I hope to continue in the line of working in the publishing industry. I take after my mother, Jennifer, who is a designer as well, by working in graphic arts. When I’m not working you can find me traveling to small towns, like Jim Thorpe.

Sarah Neville is an adult fantasy writer and lifelong artist. From slinging cocktails to crafting maps and manuscripts, her strongest skill set resides in the act of creating. In October of 2020, she officially started her own company called Panthea Publications.
