Director of Sales Pam Bartlett

FranStrategies is a member of the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG) and provides clients with critical resources to help facilitate a seamless process leading to successful business ownership.
Pam Bartlett is a Certified Franchise Consultant with more than 30 years of business experience working with nationally branded consumer products companies in senior level sales and marketing roles. Though successful, what she desired was the freedom and flexibility of owning her own business. The thought of starting something from scratch was overwhelming, so she decided that the expertise and support of a franchise may be the best option for her. She reached out to a franchise consultant who took time to get to know her, her financial needs, experiences (both life and work) and her short- and long-term goals.
As a franchisee, Pam spent six years on the franchise’s Owners’ Advisory Council. This gave her an inside look at the franchisee/franchisor relationship. From this experience she decided she wanted to become a bigger part of the franchising industry and share her expertise, so she went through extensive training and credentialing to become a Certified Franchise Consultant.
