by Jim Pathman,  PhD and Rallie McAllister, MD

Dr. Spock is dead. Familiar pregnancy books are outdated.  To whom do women turn for the latest information and advice about conception, pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood? The Mommy MD Guides.
Our sixth book: The Mommy MD Guide to Surviving Morning Sickness is filled with more than 200 tips that 21 doctors who are also mothers use to make it through morning sickness and related pregnancy symptoms.  Combined, these doctors have centuries of experience as physicians, and among them they have 50 children.
The Mommy MD Guide to Surviving Morning Sickness offers advice on morning sickness and its related symptoms: ptyalism, smell sensitivity, vomiting, headache, heartburn, and constipation. You’ll read how Mommy MD Guides faced the challenges of morning sickness, and you’ll also learn how Mommy MD Guides celebrated success when they felt better—or enjoyed pregnancy despite the nausea.
